Return & Refund Policy

Important Notice

We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


1. Right of Withdrawal (UK & EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as proof of return is required.


2. General Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended return window of 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid Track & Trace (tracking number) for the return shipment.

  • Items must be returned within the 30-day window.

  • The customer is fully responsible for the return shipment, including customs clearance, delays, and lost parcels.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Bikinis

  • Lingerie

  • Underwear


4. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us
    Send an email to info@harrisonandhayes.co.uk including your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Our customer service team will review your request and provide the return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Ship Your Item
    Use a tracked shipping service to return your item to the address provided. You must email us the tracking number.
    Please note: Returns without a tracking number will not be processed, and no refund will be issued.


5. Return Address

All items must be returned to our central warehouse in China:

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 to 30 days.

  • If more than 30 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please first check with your payment provider. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@harrisonandhayes.co.uk.

Store Credit & Gift Cards

Store credit issued in the form of a digital gift card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Orders placed using store credit or gift cards are not eligible for further returns or refunds. By accepting store credit in response to a prior issue, the customer agrees to the terms of its use, including this return exclusion.

If you are unsure whether to accept store credit, please contact our customer service team for clarification before using it.


7. Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@harrisonandhayes.co.uk.

We will attempt to accommodate your request, but cancellations are not guaranteed once the fulfillment process has started.


8. Disclaimer

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that:

  • Are returned without prior notification

  • Arrive used, worn, or damaged beyond what is permitted for inspection

  • Are returned without a valid tracking number

  • Do not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy
